Questions people ask

Do I need to book my first class?
No. Turn up about ten minutes early so there is time to sign the waiver and get changed. You can also sign the waiver online before you come.
How young can my child start?
Our youth programs take children from four years old up to fourteen.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing, a water bottle, and flip-flops for walking off the mats. We have loaner gis for your first few Jiu-Jitsu sessions.
My child has never trained before. Is that a problem?
No. Most people who walk in have never trained. Classes are taught step by step, and your child will be paired with someone who knows what they are doing.
