Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Etobicoke

Gi and no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults (15+) at every level, from first-timers to competitors.

About the class

Questions people ask

Do I need to book my first class?
No. Turn up about ten minutes early so there is time to sign the waiver and get changed. You can also sign the waiver online before you come.
I have never trained before. Is that a problem?
No. Most people who walk in have never trained. Classes are taught step by step, and you will be paired with someone who knows what they are doing.
What should I bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing, a water bottle, and flip-flops for walking off the mats. We have loaner gis for your first few Jiu-Jitsu sessions.
What is the difference between gi and no-gi?
Gi classes are trained in the traditional jacket and trousers, which can be gripped. No-gi classes are trained in shorts and a fitted top, so the grips and pace are different. Both run through the week.
